Our driver was friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. Especially important with trying to do a pick up in DC which has all kinds of restrictions for big trucks. He had several resourceful solutions for getting the truck as near our house as possible, and helping us get back home after delivery. He ended up driving right to our house after all because we are close to the MD border and there was a wide major street near our house that he could park on briefly. Very much appreciated his willingness to push the rules for us so we could keep to our packing and moving schedule. Plus he was super nice, fun to talk to, a total sweetheart.
