For a car that was delivered about a week later than originally promised, my rating of excellent may sound strange. However, the shipper experienced mechanical problems and was in constant (almost daily) contact with me concerning the status of the repair to his tractor. After it was apparent the shipment might be delayed a little longer, owner Frank B. called to offer to rent a car for me! Although I didn’t require a rental (I had another vehicle at the destination) his offer was most remarkable. I also inadvertently left my EZ-Pass transponder in my vehicle and was charged tolls by the State DOT; even though this toll charge was my own fault, this shipper reimbursed me my toll charges! And yes, the car arrived in fine condition. The shipper drove it to my house (destination) and apologized for the delayed shipment. Despite the delay, I am very happy with the service and the honesty of the owner and his transport company. Their offer to make things right was unsolicited. Their level of personal service is seldom seen. I had used them before, and I plan to use them again.
