Nick's simply could not deliver after 30 days.

My initial sales agent was let go and I only figured this out because my emails started to bounce. They should have forwarded my emails automatically to another sales agent. For the last two weeks of the process another agent was helping.

I called at least three times to review the shipment prior to signing the contract to make sure we had everything covered. After a month, they still did not have carrier. I called at least 6 times or more over that month (along with the emails) before calling the manager. When I called the manager, he said my job was hard because of the pick up location and that the car was not operable. I explained that we covered all of this before I placed the order and the sales person said everything was fine. There were two other brokers with very similar quotes so the shipping price seemed reasonable for the task.

While everyone was polite at Nick's, the company simply does not have the connections to deliver on tough jobs even when given a month. As a consumer, all I can do is leave a polite note to warn others to cut ties after a few weeks if you are not hearing anything or you will be left on your own like I was. Better honesty up front and communication during the transaction from Nick's would have helped. I am glad that the seller of the car is being very patient with the transportation process.
