Poor service

We signed a contract on 8-24-12 to have our car picked up in Tucson and delivered to Salem OR. The agreed upon pickup dated was 9-5-12. We had sold our home in Tucson, and had tickets to fly to Oregon on Saturday 9-8-12. We called Nick's on 9-4-12 to find out what time they would pick up our vehicle, and were told they were still looking for a truck and driver. We called again on 9-5-12 and were told they were still looking for a truck and driver. We called again on 9-6-12 and were told they would call us back that afternoon, and were still looking for a truck and driver. They never called us back. We called again on 9-7-12 and they still had not located a driver or truck. We called a local firm and by a stroke of luck, they were able to pick up our vehicle that same evening, and we expect delivery to Salem Oregon on 9-13-12. We also rented a car on 9-4-12 in anticipation of having our car picked up on that date. So we wasted a lot of money on a car rental which became unecessary, since we still had our own vehicle.

we regret that Mr. White has failed to mention a few other facts,, however WE WERE GLAD to cancell his oer after the verball abuse (mainly from his wife) that our compitent, quilified and very customer friendly femal staff of dispatcher were working to comply with his very specific needs......and he was one day away from getting his car moved
