signed contract on 24 Jan 2017 to have car shipped out on 25 April, for $845. 3 weeks out I emailed Kevin to verify everything OK, and he responded quickly stating driver would be assigned 1 week out. on 20 Apr I got and email stating driver assigned and I would get schedule monday afternoon (day prior). 25 Apr comes and goes heard nothing. spent all day tuesday calling and emailing with no answer, finally got an email from Kevin on 26 Apr stating pickup thursday 27 Apr and delivery Monday will that work, I responded yes no problem, and ask for driver info, got response of yes dispatcher will be giving driver info shortly, Thursday comes and goes and nothing tried calling all day no answer except voice mail left several messages. then on friday 28 Apr at &19am got email from Kevin stating "i found driver but wanted more money, I cn have it loaded today can you meet the driver to release car?" i replied yes OK. then email from Kevin 2:08 PM "I'm searching for a driver to get you loaded today do not have time for you yet sorry." Then nothing no answer when I called, got email Saturday morning 29 Apr at 10:36am stating "might have a driver to load sunday will know in a few more hours. as of 29 Apr at 7:33PM nothing
