What a LIAR- BEWARE

After giving a heartwarming speech of how reliable and A rated his company is, he was given a chance to make up on his word, pick up date was tuesday nov 18th. He said he is not a broker. after giving him the information and pick up date and making sure he understands that punctuality is important. Well, we got a message from a competing shipper saying that this Kevin put out a post on the board for a driver for $400. the person who informed me said that the truck will never move for that price . so tuesday came and at 900am we called and got just a voicemail, no email, called several times. no answer. Then we used a different phone and got through the first time. He said that the information would be sent in an hour. He said he HAS a driver but does not reveal the information before one hour (???). He was asked why not know , if he knows the driver? He then said in an hour. We assured him that the truck needs to move on the promised day and if he doesn't have anyone to pick it up he better admit it now. He said he has a driver, but want's to keep him secret for another hour. Upon asking why that is, he responded that he is being harassed and will cancel the order. within 10 minutes we had an email with a cancelation. Beware, this guy is a Liar and plays the same games so many do in this business The company name is Nice car auto transport in boca raton and the owner is Kevin Bergman

Please Reference BBB.ORG for OUR A+ rating...This Consumer is A LIAR. SHE WAS Consuming Alcohol and taking Pills while on the phone trying to get a quote! 1986 Chevy K30 NON RUNNING, Flat tires, NO Key's, and on a military base! SHE WAS POSTED FOR TWO WEEKS PRIOR AND WAS BEING CHARGED STORAGE BECAUSE SHE DID NOT GIVE THE CORRECT DETAILS. THIS CUSTOMER IS A LOWLIFE AND IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY COMPANY TO TRANSPORT. I CANCELLED HER CONTRACT AND SHE WANTS TO WRITE REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT TRUE!
