I used Nice Car Auto Transport to transport my 2009 Mercedes-Benz C350 from California to Ohio. The price was competitive against other quotes, but I truly chose Nice Car Auto Transport, because of their positive customer reviews.
The service was prompt (I never waited on hold or couldn't reach a customer service representative). The pickup and delivery were on-time to the dates that we agreed upon. They even were able to change the delivery address just 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date!
The car did show up dirty, but I expected that, because I chose an Open Carrier Type.
Overall, this was a positive experience, and I would recommend Nice Car Auto Transport to anybody for their car transport needs!
