Horrible Customer Service

I hired Nice Car Auto to transport my daily work truck cross country. They quoted me a great rate and Kevin (the owner) even dropped the price by $100 just because we asked. The initial contact was great and easy, but that's were the customer service stopped. I signed the contract on 7/31 with a pickup date by 8/15. As I didn't need the car by a specific date I let Nice Car know that any pickup by the 15th would be fine, even a few days later, I was open to what would work best for them, my only requirement was that the car must be picked during regular business hours Monday thru Friday.
But 8/15 came and went without my truck being picked up. During this wait I would receive a call with a pickup date, but then no one would arrive, then I'd get a call with a new date and get the same result.
After calling every phone number Nice Car has and receiving no answer or call back I finally emailed them on 8/21 to ask what was going on. The next day Kevin finally emailed me back to say the truck had broken down and he was looking for another and would get back with me in a few hours...
My next communication (not even on the same day) with Kevin was telling me that he could no longer do the move for the price I signed the contract for, he wanted to raise it by $150, saying he couldn't find a driver to do it for the price he quoted. At that point I told him I wouldn't pay more than what we had originally agreed and if he couldn't do it for that price I would find someone else, Kevin then said he would do it for the price he quoted and was still looking for a driver.
Finally on 8/26 Kevin sent me an email saying he could have a driver at our pickup location on the following Thursday or Friday. I let him know that would be fine and reminded him that the car must be picked up during business hours and begged him to keep me in the loop so I could know what was going on. I received no further communication until Thursday (8/29) at 3pm when Kevin's email asked if he could do a Saturday pickup. I let him know that if he didn't pick it up by the end of business on Friday (8/30) that he could forget about it. I have now hired another company to move my vehicle.
I understand that things happen, but more than 30 days waiting for my vehicle to be picked up is excessive. If Kevin didn't want my business or want to do the job, he should have just said so. I gave him ample opportunity to back out, but he kept saying he could do it.
Throughout this process I made more calls to this company than I can count, almost none of them were answered or returned. I finally had me wife call from her phone, which was answered but they quickly said they needed to call back and never did.
Lesson learned, I should have moved on after the first time they scheduled the pickup and didn't show up.

This Customer was Double Booked and Never cancelled with the other Broker! I matched the Competitor Rate and Car Never Moved Being Booked With two Company's!
