Nexus is terrible!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI called and set up a pickup last week on Monday. Spoke with Meisha and he assured me my Jeep would get picked up Wednesday-Friday. I explained to him I was being charged a $25/day storage fee and he said everything was all set. Next day, I get a call from another rep saying they can’t do the original quote because they need to renegotiate the price because the driver needs to charge more for gas ??. They wanted 100$ more, I said 50 because I was working at the time so I said whatever. No correspondence Wednesday-Friday, weekend, or the following Monday (today). I call and I get an automated prompt that he’ll call back in 5min. 30 min later, I call again and the same prompt says he is requesting for me to text him. After the drivers phone was off all day today and I left a voicemail and a text, no answer from him either. I called Nexus and spoke to a “manager” named Daniel. When I inquired about this, he told me it has not been picked up. He told me because the driver showed up Friday, called the AAA service station it’s at and no one answered ??. Why no call to me Friday? Weekend? Today? Why did Meisha tell me it got picked up? Daniel had absolutely no answers or sympathy at all for me and when I asked if I thought this was right and how he’d feel if he was in my shoes, he stammered and said that that was a hypothetical question so he couldn’t answer it. He has no integrity and neither does Nexus. He told me I had 2 options, wait until POSSIBLY Wednesday for another attempted pickup or a refund. I took the refund. If you’ve read this far, thanks and know the bottom line here is they are terrible. I can’t wait to hear a review response from them ??
