My vehicle is scheduled to be picked up from NewJersey to Cupertino today (April-29-2019). My Order ID: 168531-VX. I had booked Nexus almost 3 weeks back with a quote and asked to pay $150 as deposit !! I paid the deposit and I was told to relax and wait for a call from driver withing 48 hours. I believed them and waited till today (April-29-2019). THERE IS NO CALL from any sort of driver or company :( I try to call the company and the call goes into voice mail and no one calls back !! Now that I have to move, I am not left with any choices :( PLEASE DONT BELIEVE IN THIS FRAUD ! They don't get the drivers and they don't bother to call you.
