Nightmare experience

Ever just have one of those companies which leaves you hanging at every turn? Yep here it is. After selecting them based on their BBB and transport review rating my experience has been a complete failure. Understanding the process I was surprised that they could guarantee a pick up date but was told they have their own trucks so it wasn't an issue. Ok great. Yeah, not so much. three days later no contact. Call customer support. Voicemail.. No return calls. Forth day call again, no response to cust ext so call sales, they answer there. Explain my situation and am told things are finalizing and they should hear from driver in an hour. Call back an hour later, no answer, voicemail, no call back. Fifth day, call again, sales line answers, says they should have it wrapped up, I explain that they are now under 24 hours from their deadline and still nothing. They say give me an hour. I ask for manager, put on hold for 5 minutes, person says they're sorry and will handle it. No call back...again..I call day of to cancel and am told that they will refund my deposit. Go online to check that I have been removed from the shipping board and online chat lady tells me I need to email them in order to cancel my order. Cancel? They didn't meet any of their gaurantees. I speak to them on the phone and on their website chat to tell them that I am done and I that's not enough? I have to now write them? Seriously? How this company has good reviews is beyond me. Maybe my experience was the exception but nothing about their service says to me their reviews are real.
