My story with Nexus is more of a soap opera. After being delayed by a different company that could not find a truck to ship my car, I found out about Nexus. I was frustrated and needed a special package to make up for the lost time. A customer attendant took me through all available packages and advised me about the express priority package. My car was delivered three days later at my hotel and a very convenient rate.
