I was promised that they had a truck in my area and would work on getting it picked up that day but no later than 3 days. A week later they haven't even scheduled my car to be picked up.. Never returned my call in A week. I would call them and the woman on the phone said you will get an email within an hour from dispatch. Never heard from dispatch and their phone goes to voice mail. They make promises they cant keep and even when you are understanding they just give you lip service. Worst experience with a company ever. A week later my car is still sitting in NJ. Awful!!!!
