I am a single, mature woman, and I was a little anxious about having my car shipped from Texas to my home state of Calif. Early in my planning I had tried a company that I found on a website that was awful. They lost my paperwork, and had their trucker call me a week before the scheduled pick up of my car and he said "I am leaving." I said "well have a nice trip." and the broker still charged me a $100 deposit and cancellation fee even though they were at fault.
So I was going to just drive my car myself when I saw an ad for New World auto transport. I called and spoke to the owner Steve and he put all my past fears and experience to rest. He was curtious, helpful and he assigned me to a trucker that was so excellent and such an expert that I was able to finally relax about the move. The trucker, Frolin, was just the best! He did everything exactly like he said he would on the exact date he said, he was professional all the way through AND he didn't even want to take a tip! If I ever ship my car again I will use New World and ask for Frolin. Just the best.
