First of all when i asked if they owned there own trucks they said they did and they dont they brokered the job out like everyone else in the business and i also asked if they were fully insured and they said they were but they really are not if you read between the fine lines. I told them that i wanted to be called upon the time of the pick of the truck so i could talk to the truck driver about the condition of my vehichle and i wasnt. The first carrier that they used shows no damage on the bill of lading and they dropped they vehicle off at one of the holding facilities. Then the second carrier shows that they picked the car up will exhisting damage on there bill of lading. So my vehicle came to me damaged and upon calling New World there first response to me is that the damage was there when it was first picked up from the seller......if so then why was the paperwork filled out wrong on the bill of lading.......the next response was that they themselfs are not liable becasue they brokered the job out......which i didnt not want in the first place.....and i was told to collect my money from the first carrier/trucker himself. Upon calling him he said he didnt do it when all the pics i have from buying the truck show the damage not being there. So after trying to go through his insurance company they come to tell me he has cargo insurance and is liable for his first thousand dollars of damage......meaning the trucker homself is to pay for it out of his own pocket.....how shady is that.......so progressive insurance said collect your money from him.... good luck getting it .....i still have not get a dollar for the nine hundred dollars of damage that there are pictures proving that the damage wasnt there and the first carrier himself showed no damage on there paper work / bill of lading.

The point here is that i got screwed and want others to know that if it happaens to you and they have cargo insurance then you are pretty much screwed too.......any scratch or nick or rock chip or any minor damage at that will be less than that amount......meaning you many get screwded too.

In response we would like to first of all state, that we never stated we own our own trucks, but unlike most brokerage firms, we have an extensive list of carriers that work solely for our company. Not only are the vehicles insured by each driver's cargo insurance but we also carry contingency insurance for an additional $100,000 coverage per vehicle. The customer purchased a vehicle off the internet from another private party, without physically seeing the vehicle and with only pictures to rely on. There was discrepancy between the driver and the seller at the origin. The seller told the driver that both he and our customer were fully aware of the vehicle's condition. Upon delivery of the vehicle, our customer signed the bill of lading, accepting the vehicle in its condition. We received a call a few days later about a side mirror being damaged. Obviously the seller was not completely honest, and the pictures he showed were taken previously. We relayed the information the drivers had given us, and assisted in filing a claim on the driver's insurance. Due to the discrepancy, the customer buying a vehicle she had never seen, as well as her erratic behavior and threats of destroying our companies on the internet, we were unable to assist her any further. New World Auto Transport's primary goal is for all of our customers to be happy with our service and customer relations. We unfortunately were unable to make this customer happy, and feel this may be due to the fact that the customer was unhappy with the original purchase and condition of the vehicle, and the easiest person to blame is often the transport company and driver. New World Auto Transport ships hundreds of vehicles a month, and we pride ourselves on customer service. The rest of our reviews, and ratings, speak for themselves in the quality and personal customer service that we provide our clients. New World Auto Transport will provide any of our clients with any insurance certificates, contracts, and a list of references upon request.
