The company had a hard time in finding someone to pick up my vehicle from Virginia and transport to Kentucky which I had to continue contact my POC who never kept me informed until I contacted him. I also had to increase my quoted price to get someone to delivery my vehicle but overall I was happy with the service provided but customer service should keep the customer updated when things don't workout.
