surprised, but professional handling

We were assured that the delivery would be "door to door." It was not clear until the day of our move to Atlanta from a rural town in upstate NY, that we would need to drive our car (vintage with some starting problems) about 3 hours from our home along with our functional car. It was on our route, there were 2 of us, and the truck driver was reasonable, and all the communications were reliable. It was extremely inconvenient for us, but we were in a rural area, and they gave us an excellent deal in a covered truck, so we let it go. At the other end, the truck was unable to navigate the small streets of Atlanta, so we had to meet him at a parking lot a few miles away. The car was in perfect shape. Overall we got a great deal and everything was professional except the information about "door to door." Caveat Emptor.
