We are a dual military family who ended up getting shafted by another transport company. We found out that after 21 days of waiting for our vehicles to come from California to South Carolina they had not moved from California at all. In our most desperate hour of need I started my endeavor to find a reliable transport company and after hearing numerous quotes and promises from other companies I almost gave up hope until I made my last call to New World Auto Transport and they were Godsent from the beginning.
Brad was the first person I spoke to and he took on the challenge of our mess of a situation and he helped set the wheels in action to make the move happen without me even being in California. The owner, Steve is awesome and took the time to talk to me and explain what they were going to do in order to get our vehicles to South Carolina as soon as they could. Diane took care of another portion of our transport and her communication was great as well.
New World Auto Transport is by far a reliable company. In a matter of days New World Auto Transport was able to move our vehicles across the country (what another company could not do in 3 weeks and after negotiating a contract with them in mid Mach for an end of June move).
New World Auto Transport in a matter of hours had drivers who communicated well with me every step of their route. The vehicles arrived as scheduled!
I have already begun to refer this company to all my military family and friends and where ever the military sends my family and I will we be sure to call New World for ALL of my transport needs.
