The most important thing for me was finding a transport company that was BBB accredited. I knew that having that accreditation would help sift out all the scams and undesirables. This lead me to New World Auto Transport. Phillip "Phil" Yarbrough was my point of contact at NWAT, and his easy going, yet professional attitude took the edge off of transporting a truck that I had just spent thousands on.
Phil addressed all concerns upfront and was there every step of the way giving updates as well as being available when I had questions. I know not everyone has the same experience with a company, and I can only pitch in my two cents worth. But these guys really do follow through and ensure your vehicle is handled properly, (they don't reuse drivers that violate their policy). So if you're looking for reliability and sound sleep while your vehicle is moving cross country, then look no further.
