My car needed to be moved across the country from Portland to the shore of North Carolina. At first, I was worried about the move. However Philip at New World did a great job explaining the process and arranged the transport. All aspects of the process went very well. Ven, the driver who delivered the car, also did a fine job. He arrives a day ahead of the original estimated delivery date. He kept me informed about the delivery timetable. We had to rearrange a drop off point due to the fact that his truck was too big to get down our street. He literally went out of his way to help my sister receive the car. After the delivery, he was on his way when he noticed my sister still at the drop off point. He went up the road and turned around and came back to help her. The battery was dead so he pulled out his jumper cables and got the car started. He was very helpful, polite and professional. I certainly recommend New World transport without reservation.
