I used the automated quote system and was able to receive a call right away from Phillip. The truck driver picked up the car from New Jersey on Jan 27 and the driver called me Jan 29 ready to deliver but since it was getting late I asked to deliver the vehicle the next day Jan 30th. The car was delivered without any problems. I paid the remaining balance upon delivery. No hidden costs. i paid exactly what was quoted to me. Good customer service from New World.
