I had contacted this company (among several others) with a gazillion questions as this was the first time I needed such a service. I was overwhelmed. I spoke at length with Mike and he answered all my questions. I read all the reviews of several companies, and New World had the best. A vehicle was pickup up in OH and delivered to me in FL on Oct. 8. The pickup was a little slow going, but when it did happen, my relatives on that end found the hauler very professional, friendly and thorough. The delivery came a day early and the gentleman from Prestige was very accommodating, professional and thorough as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend New World Auto Transport to anyone needed their services! They delivered on all of their promises.
