New World Auto Transport did a great job getting my car to me via enclosed transport. I’m a happy customer thanks to Steve Wells and Diane. Prior to contacting NWAT on June 30, I asked for quotes from various transport brokers and shippers. I had never had a car transported before. Boy was it a learning experience. The quotes varied dramatically. Some of the brokers and shippers seemed less than honest. The time estimates were vague. Some didn’t seem to care if I chose them or not. Some sent me unwanted spam like texts. Some of the reviews of the other guys were seriously scary. I contemplated flying to Texas and driving the car home myself. I wasted a considerable amount of time before talking with Steve Wells, who immediately put me at ease with his clear understanding of what I had in mind. I wanted my recently purchased car to be picked up from the car dealer in Ft. Worth and delivered to my home in California, about 1,500 miles away in good condition in a reasonable timeframe at a fair price. Steve Wells came through with five star service. Excellent communication. He actually listened to my concerns and addressed them. Not only did my car arrive in the same condition as when it left the car dealer, it came in just a few days! I had my car safe in my garage on the morning of July 2! When you need your car transported be sure to use New World Auto Transport.
