My daughter was driving from LA, CA, to Redmond, WA, when the vehicle she was driving broke down near Redding, CA where she got stuck. I began searching on the Internet for an Auto Transport Company that I could trust. I called several companies and received several quotes. But something made a big difference when I called New World Auto Transport . I was not put on hold, and Mr. Steve Wells, CEO of this company, picked up the phone immediately. He connected with me right away. Steve was very courteous and patient. He listen to me without interrupting me. He was very helpful and proved to be very professional. I appreciate his excellent customer service as he kept me posted on every steps he was taking to ensure that my vehicle was transported to Kirkland, WA, within the shortest possible time. He was very quick and my vehicle was loaded the following day and moved to Kirkland where it arrived a very good condition in two days. Steve is indeed fantastic, very competent, and a true professional and this goes to Diana Miller, Assistant to CEO Steve Wells, as well. I sincerely appreciate their outstanding and impeccable service, and I highly recommend New World Auto Transport to whoever may need their services.
