We found New World Auto Transport after a near disaster with Road Runner auto shippers, who proved to be dishonest and forced us to cancel our credit card to avoid unauthorized charges. We got smart and searched for Better Business Bureau approved auto movers, and found New World. We talked to Jorge on the phone, and from the first moment we felt safe, secure, and confident because he actually listened to our story, and then went to the "board" and told us exactly how the auto transport business operates. He listed our vehicle at a reasonable price and within four hours, the moving van was on site ready to pick up our vehicle. It was seamless all the way. The driver was professional and prompt, thoroughly inspecdted our vehicle, and explained the paperwork as he went. Our vehicle arrived in California a day sooner than expected, but we were easily able to schedule delivery to our home a few days later on a day that worked for us. The delivery driver Chris was totally professional, friendly, and everything went exactly as you would hope for in a cross country transport. We are totally satisfied with the move and highly recommend New World Auto Transport to anyone who has need of this type of service.
