Poor Follow Through

First problem came when the hauler was hours late and requested we leave the car unlocked with the keys in it to be picked up. Then I get a call saying that the car was not where we had left it. When I spoke to the driver, she was not even on the road listed on the address for pickup. The phrase "I actually have to go on the road?" was used. Of course you have to go on the road the car is on to pick up the car. They then said it would be delivered on the next day. I even called New World Auto to confirm this because it seemed too fast. New World confirmed, and the recipient sat in her house all day waiting for the car. The car did not arrive for three days after that. I had to call and email multiple times to confirm where the car was. The dispatcher could not get in contact with the hauler, and said he would call me back. I never received a call back or email in response to my questions during the entire transaction. The person I was sending the car to was very upset to not be getting communications as to where her car was, and I felt horrible not being able to give her answers because New World Auto couldn't contact their driver or respond to me. I will not be using this company in the future. They may transport celebrity cars, but I certainly did not receive this kind of treatment.
