friendly and knowledgeable but communications not so good. Didn,t hear back about pickup time for 5 days, then got message on answer mach. sat evening they would be there mon. which left no time for communication with anyone .i tried but no answer back from phone or email over sunday. thought we had issues figured out on monday after a couple of phone calls back and forth. but i guess not driver was to contact me a couple days before actual del. and an hour before drop off. driver called me fri evening 8:30 to tell me he would be there 8:00 sat. morning. no time for me to get help or ask off work. then the cashiers check was made out wrong because they switched companys and didnt< let me know. which left me with wrong phone number and name of driver. did get vehicle ok but no follow up call or any thing from new world to check up on it.
