This was my first time to ship a car. Mike was great to work with, answered all my questions promptly, and I was pleased the car arrived early and without any problems. I contacted a handful of companies as I learned the process and found Mike's quote to be about mid-range but expect that you get what you pay for. He was also flexible as I didn't know the exact pickup date, assured me he would have everything in order, and was not pushy like a number of other reps I spoke with. All in all, I would use them again if I need to ship a car without reservations.
