The one thing we all complain about but can't do anything about is the weather. when I found my 1969 Mach1 Mustang in the Boston area I expected some delays due to the winter storms New England was facing. Steve Wells president of New World Auto Transport personally worked with me to get a truck in to pick it up at the first chance. The car was picked up on a Monday afternoon and headed for the west cost just as another storm hit the Boston area.
Because of some medical issues I need to go to southern California for a few days as the car was in transit and had asked that the driver contact me 24 to 36 hours from delivery so I could return to Reno to take delivery. Alex the driver contacted me two days out and that became a blessing because we got our first heavy snowfall and we had to change the delivery location. I got a call on Sunday morning that he would be delivering at about 2:00 PM at the new location. He arrived within 10 minutes of his estimate and is one of the most professional drivers I have ever met.
This was my first experiences with New World Auto Transport the car they moved for me is a survivor car with 45 year old paint and only 55K miles most of all it was built in my home town of Metuchen, New Jersey and is an example of my first Mustang when I returned from Viet Nam in 1968.
I think the rate was very comparative as I got several quotes from other company's and am recommending them to my friends and fellow mustangers in the Mustang Club of America where I serve as a board member when they need a car moved and plan on using them in the future if needed.
