When the first company proved to be quite unsatisfactory, I looked for companies that had five star ratings. New World came through. Ray Freasier sent me a quote and followed it with a phone call within 18 hours of my online inquiry. The first driver he sent was not able to fit my car on his rig, even though he was given sufficient information. Ray stepped up immediately, and found another carrier for the same price. This second driver was courteous, early for pick up, and gave us an early delivery. I would recommend this company to others and would also use them again. Thanks, Ray!
