This is the first time I used an auto transport service. To me its all about customer service and price. My expectations were met on both accounts. I received a quote and a phone call to discuss what my needs were in a timely manner. Communication (information /questions) with my assigned agent, Ray, continued throughout the process until my vehicle was picked up. Once we worked out a schedule, the vehicle was picked up and delivered as planned. The vehicle arrived in the same condition that it left. Should the need arise I would definitely use New World again.
