Better company than the last one

We contracted with another company to transport our vehicle from Ohio to Phoenix. We scheduled it in mid-October (plenty of notice) and were told that the vehicle would be picked up during the second week in November. The second week rolled around and no pick-up. Needless to say, with one excuse and delay after another, the other company told us on Monday, November 18th, that it would 'probably' be picked up Thanksgiving week (over 2 weeks late). The person we bought the car from had already held onto it for three weeks and we were getting very concerned about inconveniencing him any longer.

We called Steve Wells of New World Auto Transport that day - Monday. He was wonderful and very nice. He told us that he should have it picked up that same week and would get back to us as soon as he could arrange it. Naturally, we were very skeptical, due to our previous experience. True to his word, Steve got back to us on Tuesday and let us know that the truck would pick up the car that Thursday. It ended up being $50 more than Steve originally thought it would be, but it was still less expensive than the other company that never picked the car up and well worth the cost. We were so relieved. The driver - Vlad, called on Wednesday afternoon and asked if he could pick it up Wed. evening, instead of Thursday. It was picked up and delivered to Arizona by Sunday, in perfect shape. I would highly recommend this company to ship your vehicle. They were efficient, had great, prompt communication and delivered the vehicle as promised (actually a little early). It's good to know that there are companies that follow through with their commitments.
