First of all let me say that the dispatcher with new world was excellent and when he found out that my truck was damaged during shipment he did everything he could to make it right. The carrier broke down then left the trailer with my truck on it in a truck stop and it was backed into but the driver told me right away what happened then when he unloaded the truck I got an estimate for the repairs and he took that off the bill. Overall they were very honest and owned up to the damage and got it fixed.
