Pros: 1)Price quoted was the price paid which makes them fairly honest in my book. 2) Delivered early 3) Driver pleasant 4) Fairly reasonable price in comparison to others.5) Car showed up in good condition.

Cons: 1) Heard more from New World when they were trying to make the sale. 2) I was told and promised that pick up would be seamless due to a grieving widow on the pick up side and they were two days late.3) Had to pester them with constant emails on when the vehicle would be picked up 4) I constantly had to take the initiative to find out what was going on via email. 5) After pick up I NEVER heard from New World again asking if everything was fine with pick up or when delivery would occur, or how delivery went. 6) Heard from the driver on a Sunday night explaining delivery would be on Monday at 7am (which was a holiday) and I needed $700 cash- we expected delivery later in the week and our credit union was closed for the holiday.

Bottom Line: I would maybe use them again but doubt it with so many other choices and would go with someone closer to home in the DC market. I was forced to make alternative arrangements with another transport company if the vehicle wasn't picked up after being two days late and customer service was average at best with the only real interaction being when they wanted our business- and this was the GM. However, as much as I complained they never lost their cool. I learned more about this line of business that I ever wanted to know. They are a small family owned business that clearly needs to hire more staff.
