I would like to thank New World Auto Transport for the excellent job they did in coordinating my move, and also easing my mind about their company. They are completely customer service oriented, and their word is their bond. James Taylor, my agent, was knowledgeable and very sweet and definitely showed concern for me, their customer. He walked me through the complete process, was realistic about what he could provide, and followed through from start to finish. The driver at Ro-Way Express, was just as attentive to my needs and concerns. The car was picked up on time and delivered 1 day earlier than anticipated! The price was extremely competitive and I feel that they went beyond the job description in trying to put me at ease. I would highly recommend New World Auto Transport and Ro-Way Express to anyone.
