Must acknowledge Logistics Manager James Taylor. Courteous, good at setting proper expectations, followed through on communications....and put up with me calling back 5 times before I executed the order. Pick-up was as agreed to, and delivery was sooner than expected. Car arrived with no issues, 2 days (California to Texas). Paid balance to Driver and we were done. I've shipped the family's cars back and forth about 3 times...1st time I used New World Auto Transport. They always picked up the phone and answered my questions, and followed through with email confirmations. I'd use them again, very pleased.
