After waiting for 2 weeks for another carrier to call me back, I thankfully found New World Auto Transport via the internet. Ray Frazier provided a lot of honest information and insight as to why I was having trouble and what New World would do to try and help get my car from Maine to Illinois. I appreciated the knowledge, experience and the candor with which it was delivered. There was great communication and follow up and the customer service of the driver was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their service. Great experience.
