I wanted to post this review because I wanted to share the very positive experience I had with this company, particularly to those who may be in the position I was in last week: I was searching for a company to transport my daughter's car from MD to TX, and I had absolutely NO idea about this process! I called several companies, but am so very pleased that I decided on New World! The gentleman who took my call, James, was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with my tons of questions- and for that I am extremely thankful! He even followed up with me, after the car had been delivered, to see how things had gone. I am happy to say that the car arrived safely, on time and in great condition. Someone told me that the price I was quoted (and paid) was a little high, but I would pay it again in a NY minute! It was worth it- you can never put a price on peace of mind! I am also pleased with my experoence with the driver; he, too, was more than willing to work with me to identity the best place in which we could get the car picked up (as I live in a pretty congested area).
