All aspects of the shipping were excellent. There were no problems or disappointments. Initial telephone contact was clear and straight forward. Only one day went by before the shipper was found. The driver of the car carrier (Andrew Patton) called at the expected, appropriate times. He was informative, professional and friendly. Our Prius arrived in fine shape at a convenient location. I would definitely use New World Auto Transport again.
