After waiting over a month through another company for my daughters car to be picked up I contacted New World Auto Transport and they were sensitive and sympathetic to my frustrations but most of all they were able to do what the first company I contacted only promised to do. New World answered my phone calls, returned calls when they said that they would and did so in a professional and caring way. If I ever need to move a car again I will be sure to contact them right away.
