When I accepted a new job across the country and had to move in 2 weeks' time, Steve and Ray at New World Auto Transport helped me transport my car very quickly. I called New World Auto Transport at 4:00 PM Christmas Eve and the owner, Steve Wells answered the phone himself. He explained that while he'd allowed all of his employees to go home early that day for the holiday, he assured me his office manager would contact me that same evening to get the ball rolling in securing a space for my car on a local auto transport vehicle. When I talked to Ray, he quoted me a realistic and reasonable price, assuring me a quality shipping company and warning me of potential scams with other shipping brokers. I was simultaneously receiving quotes from another company and they were not honest about their charges, nor did they have a sense of urgency in securing a shipping space for my car. Ray also suggested I review New World's rating with the Better Business Bureau and look for comments from other customers. I appreciated this open approach and knew I was dealing with a quality company. New World kept in touch with me and explained every step that would happen once the direct transport company arrived to take my car. Once connected to CAA Auto Transport, CAA also did a fantastic job of explaining the shipping process and communication plan. I heard from Kevin 5 days later, and in one week from the day my car left California, Kevin arrived in Pennsylvania with my car in good condition and no hassles! Great service, New World!
