I was in a bad accident in NC and had to leave my 2011 Sonata at a body shop down there and rent a car to get home to Long Island, NY. As it got close to being ready I contacted New World. I explained to Ray that I couldn't give an exact date for pickup since that was up to the body shop, but they kept telling me it would be any day because "they just needed a few more minor parts delivered". He said not to worry about it. He deals with that a lot and promised he'd take care of everything. His quote beat everyone's, and tried like hell to hold the quote as the pickup was delayed. He almost did, but the increase was minor when finally ready, and they picked the car up on the day promised. The delivery was a little later than promised, and the instructions to the driver to call us about an hour before delivery to be certain we'd be home got screwed up for some reason, but it all worked out and I'd definitely use them again.
