This was the first time I have used a transport carrier and I wasn't sure what to expect. Ray Freasier was very helpful in answering my questions. He was always quick to call or email me with the answers. Once the car was assigned a driver, Ray gave me the drivers name and phone number, but he also advised to call or email him any time if I had any questions or problems along the way. Stefan was our driver assigned to make the journey from Ohio to Arizona. He was in contact with me several days prior to the "pick up" advising me of the estimated day. We agreed on a meeting spot and when I arrived he was right to work doing the inspection and gettting the car ready for transport. I felt pretty confiident about leaving my car in his care. He was very polite and told me the car would be in the Phoenix area on Monday. (this was Friday morning). Sure enough my daughter had her car on Monday and the she said the car wasn't even dirty from the journey.
