This was my first time transporting an automobile cross country. I was transporting the car to my daughter who is in college there. Don was extremely helpful and friendly taking care to answer all my questions. The actual pickup of the car was slightly frustrating because the driver of the truck came eight hours later than his quoted time, but, they did arrive and the car left without incident. They did not arrive until two oclock in the morning, but, I was told by them they would arrive by five oclock dinner time. Drop off of the vehicle was about twentyfour hours later than the stated time. During this time the drivers were always in contact via cell to relay locations and estimate times. The car arrived without incident and in excellent condition. I would use this company again. They were in full communication at all times and always informative. Our first quote was seven hundred fortyfive dollars, but, I had to cancel the first transport of the vehicle due to timing of someone being available to pick up the car. The second set up was onehundred dollars more. So in total I paid eighthundred fortyfive dollars. It would have been nice not to have the fee go up because I had to reschedule a few extra days. It took five days to receive the car. The trucker quoted four days. It wasn't much of a problem since school had not yet started and the car arrived in good condition. When I have to schedule pickup to return to New Jersey I would like the car picked up in daylight hours and will stress that.
