New World Auto Transport was true to their word. They helped us make arrangements with local people in El Paso to get our recovered auto released from the Impound Lot. This required having someone go to three different places to pay the release fee, return the receipt and pick up the car from the lot. These arrangements were made by New World's Steve Anderson. In fact, everyone we dealt with on this matter was polite, honest, helpful and kind. The pick up was arranged quickly and the car was delivered on the day it had been promised. I hope I never again have to get my car out of an impound lot and arrange a 1000+ mile transport, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company. All things considered, the price was quite reasonable. Thank you!
