My vehicle sit on the dispatch site for over a month with another company. Thus, I changed companies, and added my other car to the order. Although I did pay quite a bit more than previously quoted by the other company, my car did move, and moved very quickly! Less than 24 hours after submitting my car for pickup the following week, New World already had a carrier. The carrier was wonderful too, and even early on both ends. I wish I would not have wasted my time with the other company, and started here first!! No problems at all!
