I contracted these individuals to transport my vehicle from Florida to Oklahoma. Cynthia gave me a song and dance about the previous transporter I was with how they were not offering carriers sufficient monies to make my deliver (red flag #1 anyone who throws another business under the bus for their personal gain is NOT REPUTABLE). I spoke with her on Wed. She said that they could have my vehicle picked up by the following Monday. Monday came and went. I made repeated calls to Cynthia and never got a return call. I finally spoke with the dispatchers who had one million excuses as to why Cynthia did not call back. They had to dig deep proclaiming that a death of friend of hers stops ANYONE remaining in the company to carry on business without her (red flag #2). The idiot I spoke with then referred me to another gentleman who insisted the reason why my vehicle has not been picked was due to flooding (found out that to be very contrary). The route transporters would have taken to get to me did not involve any flood areas whatsoever. When asked for my refund the SMALL print states they have and additinal 4 days to find a carry despite them not being able to deliver on the agreed upon/guaranteed - VERBALLY time and place. I look forward to the doors of the business closing. I have reported them to several bureaus and can only PRAY that not many days from this - the words OUT OF BUSINESS will be on their front door. I SO DECLARE IT!

I wish the customer had read the contract before she sign it and before she is going on the internet and posting fulse information. She had signed a contract which explain in details all the terms and the conditions the customer had signed that contract and everybody are more then welcome to get a copy of the signed contract for review. at this point all we have to say is that we are wishing her and her family all the best and good luck in their new location.
