DO NOT USE NEW WAY MOVING SERVICE PERIOD! UNLESS: you enjoy being lied to, argued with, made to feel like your best interests to not matter and paying more for moving your stuff than they tell you up front and getting your money taken and receiving nothing in return. if you enjoy these experience, then i highly recommend their company. I would honestly rather be kicked in the junk or water boarded than relive what i put up with when i attempted to use their service. They come to you upfront with a great price and promises that sound good. once you give them a deposit don't expect to get it back, ever. They will tell you that your car will get picked up promptly, UNLESS ( add every excuse in the book) and your car will sit their for who knows how long. They told me that they'd move my car for $649, then came back later and said they can't find a carrier to do it for that price and its going to cost more. THEN WHY WAS THAT PRICE QUOTED TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?!! when you tell then you want to cancel, they will fight you tooth and nail to keep their deposit and you will not get it back, despite getting no service. this is 100% a scam, their contract is locked in, to the extent that no matter what happens, its not their fault. they will tell you that you are stuck in the contract and and you aren't getting your money back. BUT, when they cant find a carrier to move your car for the price THEY were contracted to provide, they will just tell you, oh well gas prices are too high, no one will do it for that. tough luck, pay more or your screwed. So you are stuck in the contract, but if they can't provide you the service they said they would according to the contract and price, they will not honor it and give you a refund. Don't waste your time with them. they will take your money and give you nothing. might as well walk down a bad neighborhood in the middle of the night and get mugged, at least then you can call the cops on the people that robbed you. the people at new way should be put in jail.

notice how every review of them is either 5 stars or 0-1 star? nothing in between? this should tell you something. the people that work there probably write themselves great reviews to build up a fake reputation to make themselves look good. notice how many good reviews were compensated reviews. huh, gotta pay someone to write something good about you. makes sense, cuz real people have nothing good to say. their rating at the better business bureau site is a C-, with many complaints filed against them. do you really want to take a chance with a C- company? think about it.

Dear Ray When you post an online review it is very important to post the RIGHT information. You know that you were the one who breached the contract, changed your story over and over. We will have all your emails availbal to whoever want to see them to proof that we at NEW WAY did everything right. You even mention over the phone that you had signed the contract without even read it first, well you blame us for your mistakes. We as an honest company had provided you 3 pages of contract which you accpet, and a copy will be available for review, so nothing was hide. Our leagl dept,. will take it from here. It is very easy to go online and write a bad review instead of telling the truth!!!! We have all the emails and the call log it was your mistake take responsibilty. Diffrent from other companies all the reviews are real and we can provide the customers name and files number. We do not pay for reviews. The one who need to check his honesty in this case is the customer not the company.
