I used the service previously going the opposite direction (NY to CA). Delivery I believe was 1 day late at the time, no big deal. Going back to NY cost $100 more this time, but that might be due to inflation and increased gas prices. Overall, a good value. Better than driving (no road hassle or risk of accident, no gas usage, wear/tear, need to stay at hotel, etc) and probably only slightly more expensive.
