Booked California to Ga transport with ample notice. Promised pick-up within 4 day window. Several calls on my part to confirm. New Way failed to pick up and also failed to return numerous phone calls. I was left in a lurch and had to book another company at a significantly higher fee due to very short notice during Christmas holidays. Kudos to Greg at Coastal Auto Transport for coming through for me with minimal notice. Have requested deposit refund - will be interesting to see if this is attended to or if legal action will be required.
